Keep flying past Planet 51
To preface this, I am a huge fan of cartoon movies. I am not one of those adults that feels he is above childish humor. Actually, childish humor is my bread and butter. I like movies like “Cloudy with the chance of meatballs” and “Finding Nemo”. That being said and take my word for this, this movie does not even stand in the galaxy as those movies.
The group that I was watching this movie with at the theater were all, looking around at each other with glazed looks in their eyes and weighing if they were willing to stand up and leave. The humor doesn’t seem to land with a large portion of the audience. So if you are choosing what film to take to family to tonight, try anything else.
